lag fix

the html embed particle emitter lag was bugging me so i fixed it. i also fixed the ink decay mechanic. unfortunately, this comes at a cost of the game being more frustrating. hopefully the tradeoff is worth it, the feeling of being lost by potentially putting you in a situation where you cant leave an ink trail was my original intention for the game.
