added hp. cops throw bones w/ damage that scales as rounds go on
cats gain hp and heal on level up
2 new cats.
added candy. candy levels up instead of dealing damage. all cats can consume candy to get the candy's levels.
candy types currently only aesthetically different

tweaks -
cops increase in #, goal value & goal scaling increased dramatically
meezer now only multiplies if there are no duplicates
sphynx now scales linearly, multiplier stays at x0.85
calico now adds bubbles based on # of unique cats on bus

future plans -
ill keep working on this when i get ideas. soon ill add different types of candy and different dogs. also sound.
will rebalance as the game gets more stuff. right now its silly to spend time on that. also im leaving in the crash that happens when you try to save a cat by dragging them off the bus as they're getting attacked
